Fees

• The fee for midwifery care is $4500.  However, if payment is made by 32 weeks of pregnancy, the fee is reduced to $3600.
• Our fees include prenatal care, attendance at your birth, and postpartum care.  Childbirth classes and a massage are also included.
• There will be an additional mileage fee if you live at a distance.  There is a separate fee schedule for families living in the McCall area.
• Lab work, pharmacy items and physician visits are not included in our fee.
• $250 is due at the time of your first visit and is non-refundable.  The balance may be paid in monthly installments or in a lump sum.
• Many insurance companies cover our services.  We will be happy to submit your insurance information to our billing service.
