Outcomes: All mothers well.  One baby died in the hospital 8 days after birth after being transported for respiratory distress of unknown origin.  One baby died in the hospital 3 weeks after birth after being transported for respiratory distress also of unknown origin.  One baby was born depressed because of severe shoulder dystocia and died shortly after birth.  One baby died precipitously in labor due to an umbilical cord abnormality.
